  Personal Leadership Track
  The Personal Leadership Track deals with the "Leader Within." Leadership is often defined by the permissions given to someone by others for the purpose of showing them their way to the next seasons of growth and prosperity. While global communities identify these leaders by their academic achievement, their status, or their monetary gains, our Lord defines his leaders by their personal character and wisdom. The Personal Leadership course is designed to expose the student to the biblical truths governing the heart and motivation of a leader. We will explore the four stages of leadership development (Calling, Preparation, Testing and Service) and give specific attention to the areas that most affect you. If you are currently leading someone or perhaps you are aspiring to hold a leadership position in the future, this course is for you. The Personal Leadership Track speaks to the Kings who are changing the marketplace.

  Five-Fold Leadership Track
  The ministry of Jesus was a work extended to all of mankind. During His time in the earth, He laid down principles of leadership that would affect and transform every dimension of our daily lives. When He departed, He gave those gifts to us so that we might apply His wisdom and bring kingdom transformation. The Five-Fold Leadership Institute was designed for the believer who desires an understanding of the disciplines exemplary of leadership in the Kingdom of God and in the marketplace at large. If you are in a leadership position or working along side of someone in leadership, this work is for you. We endeavor to teach the purpose of operating under a given anointing while working and complimenting the office of the five-fold ministry, whether that is in the church or in the marketplace.
